This time, the experience focused on engaging a newer group of leaders through competition and shared purpose.

Vertiv Sales Leaders Compete During Build-A-Bike® Charity Bike Team Building Event in Columbus, Ohio
The Build-A-Bike® event kicked off with high energy and friendly rivalry. This sales leadership group arrived competitive and ready to move quickly. Teams jumped into challenges with confidence and urgency. The competitive spirit kept momentum high throughout the activity. Participants worked efficiently and communicated clearly as they earned bike parts. The group moved through the process at an impressive pace. Teams completed the builds remarkably fast compared to typical events. The energy never slowed as bikes came together across the room.
The charity partner, Communities In Schools, joined the event on short notice. Despite limited warning, they gladly attended and supported the experience. When the event time changed, the organization accommodated without hesitation. Their flexibility helped ensure a smooth and successful donation moment.
Once completed, the bikes supported students through Communities In Schools programs. Participants appreciated knowing their speed and teamwork created immediate impact. The event blended competition, efficiency, and giving back into a memorable experience. The group left energized and proud of what they accomplished together.
