Cassity Jones Employees Celebrate the Holidays With a Build-A-Bike® Bike Building Team Activity in Dallas, Texas
The Build-A-Bike® event created an energetic and festive atmosphere for Cassity Jones’ holiday party. Teams worked through challenges to earn bike parts while judges kept the competition lively. Laughter filled the room as coworkers collaborated, competed, and encouraged one another. The returning executives enjoyed watching teams navigate the challenges from a new perspective.
The event allowed employees from different roles to connect in a relaxed setting. It also gave the group a shared experience to end the year on a positive note. Friendly rivalry pushed teams to stay focused while keeping the mood upbeat and fun.
Each completed bicycle carried a purpose beyond the competition. The bikes will be donated to four different Boys & Girls Clubs. Each bike will serve as a reward for children who demonstrate good character. This mission added meaning to every challenge and every completed build.
