The AMC Networks team gathered for a Build-A-Bike® charity team building activity at the Viceroy Chicago in Chicago, IL. The fast-paced session packed energy, laughter, and teamwork into just 75 minutes. Sixty-six leaders from across the country jumped into the challenge with excitement. The room buzzed with chaos and puzzle answers shouted from corner to corner. Despite the tight schedule, the group built ten brand-new bicycles for kids served by Blackstone Bicycle Works. The team wrapped up the event and rushed out to enjoy a Chicago Bulls game.

AMC Networks Crew Gets Together for a Build-A-Bike® event in Chicago, Illinois
The Build-A-Bike® experience helped the AMC team strengthen communication and build camaraderie in record time. Leaders solved puzzles, earned parts, and raced through each challenge with enthusiasm. The fast pace energized every table and kept the momentum high from start to finish. Their determination resulted in ten completed bicycles for local youth. The room felt electric as teams assembled each bike just moments before heading to their evening plans.
Blackstone Bicycle Works received the bicycles and expressed sincere gratitude. The organization provides enrichment programs through hands-on bike repair skills and mentorship. The new bicycles will support youth who rely on the program for community, growth, and opportunity. The AMC team felt proud knowing their efforts supported local kids in such a meaningful way.
