New York Power Authority Team Unites For Build-A-Bike® Team Building Charity Event in Albany, New York

The Build-A-Bike® event boosted teamwork and communication within the AGILE engineering group. The team used problem-solving strategies from their training day as they worked through each activity. They created a lively atmosphere that encouraged fast collaboration. Despite the small size of the group, they generated strong momentum and kept it going through each challenge.
