American Rental Association Management Team Unites for Build-A-Bike® Event in East Moline, Illinois
The Build-A-Bike® event provided a unique opportunity for ARA’s management team to strengthen their bonds beyond their typical professional interactions. Set against the backdrop of their Holly Jolly Christmas Party, the event created an atmosphere of festive collaboration and meaningful engagement. Team members were able to celebrate their accomplishments through an awards ceremony while also participating in an activity that would have a direct positive impact on their community.
During the event, participants worked together to assemble eight bicycles for local children. The activity fostered teamwork and communication skills among the management team while adding a charitable dimension to their holiday celebration. Rather than hosting a traditional Christmas party, ARA chose to incorporate this service element, demonstrating their commitment to giving back to the community they serve. The bikes built during this event would go on to bring joy to children served by the Boys and Girls Club of Mississippi Valley, extending the holiday spirit beyond their organization.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the American Rental Association for their generous bicycle donations to children in need. We’d also like to thank the Boys and Girls Club of Mississippi Valley for their invaluable partnership in distributing these gifts to deserving children in the community.
