The HID Global bicycle building team event at Marriott Hutchinson Island Resort in Stuart, Florida united 65 leaders for a meaningful morning. HID Global gathered its SI Business Unit leadership team for connection and fun. This diverse and international group wanted purposeful team building in a beautiful setting. By the end, they assembled 10 brand-new bikes for local children.

HID Global Leadership Connects Through Build-A-Bike® Bicycle Building Team Event in Stuart, Florida
We divided the 65 participants into teams and launched the challenge. Leaders collaborated across cultures, roles, and regions. They solved problems, shared ideas, and encouraged one another throughout the activity. Laughter filled the room as teams raced to assemble each bike correctly. Titles disappeared as collaboration took center stage. The event gave leaders time to connect beyond daily responsibilities. Stronger relationships formed with every completed wheel and tightened bolt.
By the end, the group proudly presented 10 finished bikes. Representatives from the Boys & Girls Club of Martin County arrived to accept the donation. Bryan remained responsive throughout the planning process and arrived right on time. He spoke briefly but eloquently about how much the bikes would mean to the children. His gratitude made the moment even more powerful. The leadership team left inspired by the direct impact of their work. The experience strengthened bonds while serving the Stuart community.
