Arion Care Solutions Rescue Bear® Event in Chandler, AZ
Arion Care Solutions hosted a Rescue Bear® team building event at their Chandler, AZ office. With 68 employees participating, the event offered a fun way to close out the week while supporting a meaningful cause. Teams came together to complete engaging challenges and assembled stuffed animals that were donated to Child Crisis Arizona, an organization that provides shelter and services to children facing abuse and neglect.

The Rescue Bear® event gave Arion Care employees the perfect opportunity to bond, unwind, and work together outside of their usual roles. Held at their Chandler office, the event split participants into small teams, encouraging creative problem solving and cooperation through a series of fun challenges. Each win earned parts to assemble a teddy bear, turning teamwork into tangible results for a worthy cause.
With each bear lovingly built, the team focused on more than just the games, they focused on the impact. The team donated all the bears to Child Crisis Arizona, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting abused and neglected children. Knowing that the stuffed animals would offer comfort to children in difficult times added a sense of real, heartfelt purpose. The event captured the spirit of Arion Care’s mission: compassionate service rooted in community support.
