The Dallas Stars hosted a high-energy Build-A-Bike® charity event as part of their 2025 Playoffs Block Party in downtown Dallas, Texas. Held at the vibrant AT&T Discovery District, this large-scale event welcomed over 800 enthusiastic fans. The bike-building activity added an impactful charitable component, helping close out the regular season while supporting local students in need.

Dallas Stars bring fans together for Build-A-Bike® in Dallas, Texas
As part of the Dallas Stars’ 2025 Playoffs Block Party, fans were invited to do more than just celebrate hockey, they had the opportunity to make a difference. Hosted at the AT&T Discovery District, the event featured a hands-on Build-A-Bike® experience. With guidance from 30 dedicated volunteers, attendees helped assemble 200 brand-new bikes. It was a unique opportunity for Stars fans to work together, meet players and community members, and channel their team spirit into a meaningful cause.
This charitable team building experience was made possible through a partnership between the Dallas Stars Foundation and Energy Transfer. Together, they ensured the newly built bikes would find homes with children across the Dallas Independent School District (DISD). The event blended celebration and generosity, with fans proudly contributing to a cause that directly benefits their local community. The result was not only a stronger sense of team pride, but also hundreds of smiles from the kids who will soon be riding those bikes.
