Churchill Asset Management Build-A-Bike® Event in Charlotte, NC
Churchill Asset Management hosted its first-ever Build-A-Bike® charity team building event at their Charlotte, NC office. With 40 team members participating, the event was an opportunity for Churchill to strengthen its commitment to giving back. While Churchill has a longstanding tradition of community involvement, this was their first experience with the Build-A-Bike® program. Team members joined together to assemble bikes for the Stratford Richardson YMCA, which supports youth development across the Charlotte area.

Churchill Asset Management Unites for Charitable Build-A-Bike® Event in Charlotte, North Carolina
For Churchill’s Charlotte-based team, the Build-A-Bike® event was more than a team-building exercise. It was a meaningful way to contribute to the community! Known for its robust and collaborative culture, Churchill embraced the event as a chance to extend their values through giving. Team members were enthusiastic as they assembled bikes for local youth. They worked side by side to build bikes that would soon bring joy and empowerment to the children at the Stratford Richardson YMCA. The hands-on nature of the activity allowed everyone to reflect on the impact of their efforts in a tangible way.
Representatives from the Stratford Richardson YMCA were present to receive the bikes and share more about the YMCA’s mission and the role these donations play in supporting the children they serve. Their words highlighted the importance of community engagement and brought a heartfelt moment to the event, inspiring the Churchill team with stories of how the YMCA’s programs positively impact Charlotte’s youth.
