Consilio People Managers Strengthen Collaboration at Build-A-Bike® Bicycle Building Event in Miami, Florida
The Build-A-Bike® event gave Consilio’s people managers a chance to connect outside formal meetings. Teams worked together to solve clues and complete challenges before assembling their bikes. The setting at Bayshore Club provided a vibrant waterfront backdrop that energized the group.
As managers reflected on the previous year, the activity reinforced communication and alignment. Participants encouraged one another and celebrated each milestone. The shared goal created momentum that carried throughout the afternoon.
The completed bicycles were donated to Boys & Girls Club of South Beach. Their team eagerly accepted the donation and helped prompt the group during the presentation. The charity partnership added deeper meaning to the competition. Managers left knowing their teamwork directly impacted local children.
