Together, they packed 18 backpacks for the Ryan Family YMCA to support local elementary students. The high-energy finale blended collaboration, competition, and community impact.

The aMAZEing Builders activity turned the meeting room into an indoor obstacle course. Teams of six to eight navigated blindfolded teammates through challenges to earn school supplies. Clear communication and trust determined their success. Each completed challenge unlocked items needed to fill the backpacks. The fast pace kept energy high and required every participant to contribute. The event strengthened collaboration in a way that felt natural and engaging after a full day of meetings.
Due to a tight one-hour schedule, the client requested that children not attend the presentation. Campbell from the Ryan Family YMCA arrived onsite to accept the donation. Campbell shared how the backpacks would directly support students in local elementary schools. The 18 completed backpacks represented more than supplies. They symbolized the team’s commitment to service and shared responsibility.
