CrossVue gathered for a Build-A-Bike charity team building event in Dallas, TX on August 25th. This remote team met in person for the first time. While they had collaborated virtually, the group had not yet built the trust and communication that drive high-performing teams. The event combined leadership development with giving back, creating a milestone moment in their journey.

CrossVue Team Members Unite for Build-A-Bike event in Dallas, Texas
The session began with targeted activities designed to build trust, improve communication, and enhance collaboration. These exercises gave the team a chance to connect face-to-face and strengthen relationships. With this foundation in place, the group moved into the Build-A-Bike event.
Teams worked together to solve challenges and assemble bicycles. Laughter, problem-solving, and encouragement filled the room as colleagues collaborated on each step. For many, the hands-on experience brought new energy and confidence to their communication. The event not only reinforced leadership skills but also deepened camaraderie.
The finished bicycles were donated to children through The Momentus Institute. Their representative shared how the bikes would support local families, making the donation even more meaningful. Participants reported a noticeable boost in trust and clearer dialogue during the session. Many remarked that the event created lasting memories and a sense of shared purpose.
