Diageo hosted a teddy bear charity team building event in Orlando, FL on February 11th. Seventy-two participants gathered at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World for this fast-paced session. Encore Events organized the experience as a meaningful close to the client’s meeting. With only one hour available, the group created an energetic and rewarding atmosphere. The event delivered both strong engagement and a heartfelt charitable impact.

Diageo Team Wraps Orlando, Florida Team Meeting with Teddy Bear Charity Event
Diageo closed their meeting with a high-energy activity that brought everyone together one final time. Encore Events coordinated the session, giving the group a seamless experience from start to finish. With a tight one-hour window, participants quickly jumped into the challenges. The fast pace kept everyone engaged while encouraging quick thinking and collaboration. As the clock moved, the room filled with excitement and focused energy.
Teams worked through challenges to earn materials and assemble stuffed animals. Each completed bear represented a direct contribution to children in need. By the end of the hour, the group produced 72 stuffed animals for Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. The hospital team often arrives in a special ambulance, adding a memorable touch to the donation experience. The final moments brought a strong sense of accomplishment and purpose to the group.
