The group included remote employees from Latin America who met in person for the first time. The event launched a two-day meeting and immediately created energy across the crew. Everyone arrived eager to connect, collaborate, and enjoy a shared experience.

Mastercard Team Kicks Off Meeting with Bike Building Team Activity in Miami, Florida
Mastercard used this event to bring remote team members together in an impactful way. Most of the people on the team met face-to-face for the very first time, which added excitement and meaning to every interaction. The bike build created a natural way for employees to connect while enjoying an exhilarating back drop. As the kickoff to their meeting, the session helped break the ice quickly. Laughter and friendly competition filled the room as teams jumped into action.
Teams raced to assemble bikes while solving challenges along the way. The competition kept energy levels high and encouraged creative problem solving. As the bikes came together, so did stronger relationships across the group. The event ended with a donation to the Boys & Girls Club of South Beach, which made the experience even more meaningful. The charity team remained punctual, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the process.
