With 190 participants from their global sales team gathering for their kickoff meeting, the event perfectly aligned with their theme of “Better Together.” The team building activity took place at the Park MGM Las Vegas. Therein, participants collaborated to assemble backpacks filled with essential supplies for foster teens. Overall making a meaningful impact while strengthening their connections as a global team.

Dotmatics employees unite for Hopeful Horizons event in Las Vegas, Nevada
The Hopeful Horizons event provided an excellent opportunity for Dotmatics’ global sales team to embody their “Better Together” theme through meaningful collaboration. Team members worked collectively to assemble 32 backpacks with essential supplies specifically designed for foster teens. The activity fostered communication and teamwork among participants who typically work across different regions, allowing them to build stronger relationships while engaging in a purposeful activity.
During the event, the Dotmatics team went above and beyond by including specialized boxed science kits with each backpack, reflecting their company’s commitment to scientific advancement and education. These thoughtful additions demonstrated how the team incorporated their organizational values into their charitable giving. The photos captured during the event showcase the engagement and enthusiasm of participants as they worked together to create these care packages, with smiling faces and collaborative spirit evident throughout the activity.
The completed backpacks and science kits were donated to A Greater Hope, a foster agency serving families throughout Southern Nevada. Representatives from the organization were present to accept the donation and share insights about the positive impact these supplies would have on foster teens in the community, adding a meaningful conclusion to the team building experience.
