Seventy employees attended the annual meeting after traveling in from across the United States and around the world. The aMAZEing Builders brought energy and excitement to EBSCO’s annual meeting. Teams raced through an indoor obstacle course while blindfolded teammates relied on verbal guidance from coworkers. The activity challenged participants to communicate clearly and trust one another under pressure. Since many employees work remotely or in hybrid roles, the event created a fun opportunity for face-to-face interaction and collaboration.
As the competition continued, teams gathered donated items that would later support IpswichCaring and the people they serve. The group stayed engaged from start to finish, with plenty of laughter filling the room throughout the challenges. Employees from different departments and regions quickly connected while working toward a shared goal. The event balanced friendly competition with community impact, making the experience both memorable and meaningful for everyone involved. IpswichCaring also played an important role in the event and connected well with participants during the charity presentation.
