FMT’s First In-Person Team Building Event Brings Joy to HopeKids in Arlington, Texas
FMT’s Build-A-Bike® event was a unique occasion. After all, it brought their remote team together for the first time in a physical setting. The Leaders Institute’s very own home office hosted the event, infusing it with the vibrant Texan spirit. It provided an excellent opportunity for team members to meet, bond, and collaborate outside of their usual virtual workspace. Racing to build bikes, the team members showcased their camaraderie and teamwork, crucial elements in FMT’s mission to improve financial advisory services.
The true highlight of the event was the partnership with HopeKids, a charity dedicated to transforming the lives of children with life-threatening medical conditions. The bicycles built by FMT’s team were donated to these deserving children, embodying HopeKids’ mission to restore hope and offer love in the name of Jesus Christ. This collaboration not only brought smiles to the children’s faces but also enriched the FMT team’s experience, underlining the importance of community service in their professional ethos.
