The Foursquare ITP team gathered for a Build-A-Bike® charity team event in Washington, DC. Seventy participants came together after a long business day and just before their company happy hour. Foursquare hosts two major gatherings each year, and this was the first one of 2025. The energy in the room was contagious as participants embraced every challenge. The cheer contest especially brought out laughter and team spirit, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening.

Foursquare ITP Employees Unite For Build-A-Bike® Team Event in Washington, DC
The Build-A-Bike® program challenged Foursquare ITP employees to strengthen collaboration and problem-solving skills while racing to assemble bicycles. Taking place near the end of the business day, the activity served as a perfect transition into the evening’s celebrations. Teams cheered loudly, bonded quickly, and embraced the fun competition. The cheer contest revealed creativity and energy, leaving the entire group smiling and more connected.
The real highlight came through their charitable impact. Once completed, the bikes were donated to Baltimore County Public Schools. Representatives William and Shay, who have partnered with us for multiple events, accepted the donation. Their punctuality and heartfelt remarks reinforced the value of the team’s contribution. The children who will receive these bicycles will benefit not only from the gift of transportation but also from the joy and empowerment a new bike brings.
