The event took place in Hudson County, NJ, and was a fantastic addition to their schedule. After three days of strategic discussions, the team engaged in a fun and collaborative activity that strengthened their relationships. The event concluded with a donation to the Boys and Girls Club of Hudson County.

JP Morgan Chase team builds bikes for charity in Hudson County, New Jersey
The Build-A-Bike® event was strategically placed within TELP Strategy Week, providing a refreshing break for the JP Morgan Chase team. After three days of intensive sessions, this activity allowed participants to have fun. It provided the perfect opportunity to deepen the relationships they had begun to form.
The participants collaborated effectively, leveraging their team-building skills to assemble the bikes. The activity not only provided a fun and engaging experience but also reinforced the importance of teamwork and cooperation.
The event concluded with a meaningful donation to the Boys and Girls Club of Hudson County. Arrangements were made so that, the following day, the donations would be picked up and hand delivered. The representative took a few moments to thank the participants, highlighting the impact of their contribution on the local community.
