Kaiser Permanente Sales Teams Get Together For Build-A-Bike® Bike Building Team Charity Activity in Pasadena, California
The Build-A-Bike® event brought together sales professionals from different regions across California. Many participants rarely work together in person. The activity gave them time to connect outside their usual routines. The smaller group size created a comfortable, engaging atmosphere.
Teams jumped into the bike build with enthusiasm and curiosity. Laughter filled the room as participants worked through each step together. The group enjoyed collaborating while keeping the mood light and fun. The activity balanced teamwork with an easygoing pace. Everyone stayed engaged and present throughout the build.
The completed bikes were donated to Foothill Family. Lindsey from the organization arrived on time and spoke with the group. Her message helped connect the team’s efforts to the families they would support. The donation added purpose to the day and reinforced the value of giving back together.
Thank you to Kaiser Permanente for supporting families through this Build-A-Bike® event. We also thank Foothill Family for sharing their mission and impact.
