Marmon Holdings hosts Build-A-Bike® event in Chicago, Illinois
The Build-A-Bike® event organized by Marmon Holdings brought together a select group of experts on lean operations from various locations across the country. As industry professionals, the participants were eager to collaborate, share insights, and enhance their teamwork skills. The event took place at the Marmon Holdings facility in Chicago, providing a familiar and conducive environment for the team.
The event had a dual purpose: fostering team bonding and contributing to the local community. Then, after the participants built all the bikes, they donated them them to the Union League Boys & Girls Club. This organization is dedicated to providing support, guidance, and resources to young boys and girls in the area. Seeing that, the participants were inspired to know that their efforts would directly benefit children in need, allowing them to experience the joy of riding a bicycle.
