Quality Enterprises hosted a Build-A-Bike® team building event in Naples, Florida, on May 2, 2025. The HR department organized the event to unite all the companies technical staff for team bonding and building of connections. In spite of the hot 99-degree Florida day, the evening of team building and community give back went perfectly. The team stayed positive and completed every task with smiles and determination.
Quality Enterprises has delivered national contracting services for over 55 years. The company began as a family-owned electrical business. It focused on gas station electrical work in the early days. Over time, QE expanded its reach and services. Today, the company handles utilities, road construction, bridges, and airfields. QE works on both local and large-scale infrastructure projects. The team treats every job as a chance to grow and innovate.
Quality Enterprises Employees Build Bikes For a Team Building Event in Naples, Florida
The Build-A-Bike® event united QE’s technical employees outside their usual roles. HR organized the event to boost communication and teamwork. Participants assembled bikes under the hot Florida sun. Even under that beating 99 degree heat of the Florida summer day, everyone seemed absolutely invigorated to be there. That same energy of theirs never faded throughout the afternoon. Each person contributed to a successful and memorable experience.
The team donated every finished bike to the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County. Charity staff arrived on time and greeted the team. Their presence reminded everyone why the event mattered. Helping local children made the effort feel even more worthwhile. The event built stronger team bonds and supported a cause that everyone was happy to be there for.
