Trattativa Meeting & Event Solutions brought 45 LifeStance Health leaders from across the country together for a Toys 4 Tails team-building event on Sept. 30. The event was held at the Westin Michigan Avenue Chicago. The group worked through a series of tough puzzles to assemble seven elite Care Kits for Felines & Canines.
Trattativa Meeting & Event Solutions International is a Las Vegas-based firm providing full-service strategic event management. Doing everything from pre-planning and venue selection to on-site management and post-event evaluation. We produced this event for LifeStance Health. A national mental healthcare company with a network of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, and therapists offering in-person and telehealth care.
LifeStance Health Leaders Refuse to Quit in Chicago
Our instructor opened with a memory exercise that sparked the group’s competitive spirit earlier than expected. That energy carried straight into the puzzles. The challenges were tough, but the participants were tougher. Refusing to give up as they worked toward assembling seven elite Dog Care Kits.
Along the way, stories of beloved animal friends gave the activity a personal connection and reminded everyone why they were there. By the end, talking about the kits’ impact on the animals brought tears to multiple participants. Making for a particularly meaningful finish.
The kits went to Felines & Canines, an animal rescue and adoption center in Chicago’s Edgewater neighborhood. They place safe, social, and loving dogs and cats into permanent homes. Charity representative Samantha Spencer accepted the donation on behalf of the organization.
