Venbrook Group hosted a Build-A-Bike® charity team event in Los Angeles, California. Twenty-nine participants, including new hires and C-Suite executives, gathered for an afternoon of teamwork and fun. The event helped bridge gaps between leadership and new team members while supporting local children in need. By the end, the group had successfully built and donated four brand-new bikes.

Venbrook Group Teams Up for Build-A-Bike® Charity Team Event in Los Angeles, California
This Build-A-Bike® event brought together Venbrook’s newest hires and senior executives for a shared experience. It served as part of an onboarding initiative for employees who joined in early 2025. The group formed small teams to complete a fast-paced bike-building challenge. With laughter and a few competitive sparks, they worked together to solve problems and meet their shared goal. The activity encouraged trust and helped build rapport across roles and experience levels.
After the teams finished assembling the bikes, Lynn from Hillsides spoke to the group. Her remarks connected the activity to a deeper purpose. Participants realized their efforts would directly support children in the local community. That message added extra meaning to the day. The team’s hard work resulted in four fully assembled bikes, which were donated to Hillsides for children in need of reliable transportation and encouragement.
