Prime Therapeutics gathered in Chicago, Illinois for a Build-A-Bike® charity event. Fifty colleagues came together at their annual meeting to strengthen connections and put their collaboration theme into action. Hosted at the Quarles office on LaSalle Street, the team worked side-by-side to build bikes for local kids supported by Blackstone Cyclery.

Prime Therapeutics Embraces Collaboration with Build-A-Bike® Charity Event in Chicago, Illinois.
As part of their annual meeting, Prime Therapeutics carved out time for team building in the heart of Chicago. With fifty team members in attendance, the Build-A-Bike® event offered the perfect outlet to reinforce their focus on collaboration. Split into small teams, participants raced to assemble bikes while solving challenges and communicating effectively. The energy in the room was high, and the event brought coworkers closer in a fun, purposeful way.
Once the bikes were completed, they were donated to Blackstone Cyclery, a local organization dedicated to youth development. The partnership added meaning to every wrench turn and tire pump. Donating the bikes gave participants a direct connection to the community, turning a work meeting into something far more impactful. Everyone left with stronger relationships,and the satisfaction of giving back.
