Wabtec hosted a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event in Fort Worth, TX during their leadership summit at SpringHill Suites Fort Worth Historic Stockyards. Their group of ninety engineers were looking for a fun way to close their meeting out and strengthen internal connections. The event gave them that chance to network, collaborate, and support children in Tarrant County. Every bike built at the event ended up going to the Boys and Girls Club Mobile Clubhouse which added purpose to the whole event.

The Build-A-Bike® event helped Wabtec leaders cap off their summit with teamwork and connection. Their engineers welcomed the chance to relax after a full day of leadership discussions. They formed teams, tackled challenges, and earned the parts needed to build each bike. The high-energy atmosphere encouraged friendly competition and genuine collaboration.
The team built bikes that will support children in Tarrant County through the Boys and Girls Club Mobile Clubhouse.
