Women of Aldridge Gather For Build-A-Bike Event in Chicago, IL
The inaugural Women of Aldridge get together featured an Build-A-Bike charity team building event in Chicago, IL on the 31st of July. The summit gathered 140 women from across the construction industry to focus on empowerment, networking, and advancement. To conclude the program, participants built 18 brand-new bicycles, which were donated to underserved children in Chicago through Blackstone Bicycle Works. The day showcased their dedication to professional growth and community impact.

Women of Aldridge Unite For Build-A-Bike Team Building Charity Event in Chicago, Illinois
The Build-A-Bike event provided Aldridge employees a unique chance to work together outside the construction site. Teams collaborated, communicated, and problem-solved under time pressure, just as they do on projects nationwide. The lively atmosphere encouraged participants to lean on one another’s strengths while working toward a meaningful outcome. The 18 bicycles assembled will provide joy and independence for local children.
Blackstone Bicycle Works, the charity partner, ensures youth have access to bikes, mechanical training, and mentorship.
