The American Rental Association hosted a golf charity team building event in Chicago, IL on November 13th. The event brought together ninety leaders at the Loews Chicago O’Hare for collaboration and friendly competition. The group gathered from across the country to connect, energize their network, and support a meaningful local cause. The experience blended creativity, laughter, and teamwork while reinforcing the association’s strong sense of community.

The association supports its members through education, advocacy, and risk management resources. Its dedicated team works daily to prepare the rental community for future challenges. American Rental Association Leaders Compete in Golf Charity Team Event in Chicago, Illinois
The Ace Race® event challenged teams to design and build creative mini golf holes using nonperishable food items. Leaders collaborated closely while testing engineering ideas and playful course designs. Once construction ended, the room filled with cheers as the race began. Each team worked together to earn hole-in-ones while supporting teammates at every turn. The high energy kept engagement strong throughout the activity.
The event benefited the Salvation Army Norridge Citadel, adding purpose to the competition. Teams proudly donated twenty-eight boxes of shelf-stable food at the event’s conclusion. Representatives from the charity shared their mission and appreciation with the group. The donation created a tangible impact for families in the local community. Three winning teams earned recognition, but every participant contributed to the success.
