The Aubuchon Company gathered for a superhero-themed Build-A-Bike® charity team building event at the Hilton Boston/Dedham in Dedham, MA on October 6th. The event, led by facilitator Amy Maybury, brought together 175 leaders for a high-energy, purpose-driven experience. This Build-A-Bike served as the highlight of Aubuchon’s annual leadership meeting to strengthen connection and make a meaningful community impact.

Aubuchon Leaders Unite for a Superhero Build-A-Bike® Charity Team Event in Dedham, Massachusetts
When Aubuchon set out to make their annual leadership meeting more meaningful, they turned to The Leaders Institute for an unforgettable experience. Amy Maybury guided the event as 175 leaders collaborated in a superhero-themed Build-A-Bike®. Teams worked together to assemble and donate 22 brand-new bicycles to children being served by Boston Children’s Hospital. The laughter, teamwork, and problem-solving showcased Aubuchon’s 115-year legacy of community spirit and generosity.
Amy even wore her Wonder Woman shoes, perfectly fitting for a team of heroes using their superpowers to make a difference. In just 90 minutes, the group built connection, strengthened culture, and brought smiles to children and teammates alike. This Build-A-Bike event proved that when purpose meets teamwork, everyone wins.
