The event took place during the company’s Town Hall meeting and brought together 180 participants. The goal was to energize employees, strengthen teamwork, and support a meaningful local charity. Avant Healthcare Professionals Team Get Together For Bear Building Charity Team Building Activity in Orlando, Florida
The Rescue Bear® event engaged the Avant team during their Town Hall meeting at their Maitland office. Participants worked in small teams and completed challenges that required collaboration and communication. Each success earned materials needed to build stuffed animals. The activity kept energy high while encouraging employees to connect across departments. The format fit seamlessly into the company-wide meeting and supported Avant’s people-focused culture.
By the end of the event, teams assembled 84 stuffed animals for children in need. The bears were donated to Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. Representatives arrived to collect the donation, adding a powerful visual moment to the conclusion. The arrival of the hospital ambulance created excitement and reinforced the real-world impact of the team’s work. The donation provided comfort items for young patients while giving participants a shared sense of purpose.
