Bio-Techne Build-A-Bike® Event in Minneapolis, MN
Bio-Techne hosted a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event in Minneapolis, Minnesota, bringing together 25 of their emerging leaders. Held at the stylish Canopy Hotel by Hilton, this event kicked off a larger team-building initiative. With energy and enthusiasm, the group worked together to assemble bicycles for local children supported by the YMCA.

Bio-Techne kicks off leadership retreat with Build-A-Bike® event in Minneapolis, Minnesota
This marked the second or third time partnering with Bio-Techne, and it was a pleasure to be welcomed back by such a dynamic group. The Build-A-Bike® activity set the tone for the rest of their team-building experience. As these young leaders came together eager to connect and collaborate. The Canopy Hotel’s modern ambiance provided an ideal setting for focused, meaningful interaction.
During the event, participants broke into teams and worked quickly to complete the challenge of assembling brand-new bikes. The YMCA, the chosen charity partner, ensured that each bicycle the teams built went to a child in need. The fast-paced and purposeful nature of the activity sparked camaraderie and compassion, making it more than just a team-building event, it was a chance to give back. Through shared laughter, a bit of friendly competition, and a lot of heart, Bio-Techne’s team walked away with a stronger bond and a meaningful impact on their local community.
