Tokio Marine North America (TMNA) brought their global Emerging Leaders together in Miami, Florida, for a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event. With 90 participants attending the conference from across the globe, this high-energy group wrapped up their leadership gathering by assembling and donating 14 brand-new bicycles to the YMCA of South Florida.

Tokio Marine North America hosts Build-A-Bike® event in Miami, Florida
The Build-A-Bike® event served as the peak activity for TMNA’s Emerging Leader’s Conference. These up-and-coming professionals had completed intensive internal training and gathered in Miami to collaborate, learn, and celebrate their development. The event gave them an opportunity to practice communication, teamwork, and leadership in a fun, hands-on environment. It was an especially meaningful experience for this international group, many of whom were meeting face-to-face for the first time.
The energy and collaboration culminated in the donation of 14 fully assembled bicycles to the YMCA of South Florida. The charity supports youth development and community health programs throughout the region. Thanks to the enthusiasm and effort of TMNA’s future leaders, children in the South Florida community will now have access to bicycles that symbolize not just mobility, but opportunity and joy. Seeing their impact in real time made the experience even more rewarding for the participants.
