How a Team Building Event Becomes a CSR Event
Most team building ends when the event ends. Our charity events end with a donation to the local community. In a Build-A-Bike® event, teams solve a series of challenges to earn bike parts. Then they build the bikes and donate them to kids in the host city.
Our entry featured these three events.
- Liberty Bank’s 200th anniversary in Hartford, Connecticut. 800 employees built 200 bikes for the Boys & Girls Club of Hartford.
- The Dallas Stars 2025 Playoffs Block Party. More than 800 fans built 200 bikes for kids in the Dallas Independent School District.
- Barron Collier Companies in Naples, Florida. Eighty employees built a mini golf course out of non-perishable food for an Ace Race® event. The food went to Grace Place for Children and Families.
The Numbers Behind the Recognition
We have run more than 7,000 team events since 2005. Through those events, our clients have donated more than $10 million in bikes to kids. Right now, we donate about $1 million in bikes every 14 months.
This is our second award of 2026. Corporate Vision also named us Best Corporate Team Building Specialists 2026.
