Direct Travel Team Gathers for Annual Meeting and Hosts a Bicycle Team Building Event in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
The Build-A-Bike® event followed key sessions focused on growth and expansion. With the upcoming plant opening on the horizon, the meeting carried strong momentum. Teams formed quickly and began working through challenges to earn bike components. Participants collaborated across departments and regions, strengthening connections beyond daily operations. The competitive format kept the room engaged while reinforcing shared goals. The historic setting at The Bellevue Hotel added a memorable backdrop to the experience.
As teams completed their bikes, the focus shifted from competition to contribution. Representatives from Not My Child Inc. spoke clearly about the organization’s mission and impact. They arrived reliably, even on a cold, late evening, to accept the donation. The assembled bikes stood as visible proof of teamwork in action. The activity aligned perfectly with a meeting centered on growth, expansion, and forward momentum.
We thank Direct Travel and Creative Group for incorporating purpose into their annual gathering. We also appreciate Not My Child Inc. for their dedication to serving local youth in Philadelphia.
