Outsource hosted a bike building activity in Redondo Beach, California at The Portofino Hotel on January 27, 2026. Sixty leaders from the Outsource Low Voltage and Electrical Workforce gathered from across the country. They added this charity team building activity to their national conference agenda. The group built eight bikes for local children and presented a check to the Boys and Girls Club of the Los Angeles Harbor.

Outsource Leaders Give Back with Bike Building Activity in Redondo Beach, California
The conference brought together leaders who support electrical and low voltage contractors nationwide. They wanted an activity that encouraged collaboration while giving back locally. After a brief kickoff, teams jumped into friendly competition. Participants solved challenges to earn bike parts and worked together to complete each build. The ballroom at The Portofino Hotel buzzed with energy as teams finalized their bicycles.
By the end of the program, the group completed eight brand-new bikes. Each bike will go to a child from the San Pedro Clubhouse. The children earned the bikes through an essay competition. Evelynn from the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Los Angeles Harbor addressed the group. She also coordinated a van and driver to transport the bikes. Outsource reinforced their commitment by presenting an additional monetary donation.
