Norwex Build-A-Bike® Events Across North America

Norwex Build-A-Bike® Events Across North America

Norwex partnered with us to deliver six amazing Build-A-Bike® charity team building events across North America. The events took place during their exclusive leadership conferences in Calgary, Philadelphia, Salt Lake City, Toronto, Nashville, and Dallas. Four events occurred on one weekend, with two additional conferences the following month. Each program brought together top-performing consultants who earned their place at these meetings. Together, they built and donated 80 brand-new bicycles to children in need across the United States and Canada.

What began in 1994 with a single microfiber cloth has grown into one of the most respected cleaning and personal care companies in the world. Norwex focuses on improving quality of life by reducing chemical use inside the home. Their microfiber systems eliminate the need for harsh cleaning agents. The company also offers Naturally Timeless personal care products made with organic ingredients and no harmful parabens. Norwex helps families save time, reduce costs, and create healthier indoor environments.

Norwex Leaders Launch Their Conference Series with Dynamic Charity Events

The series opened in Calgary at the Fairmont Palliser, where 75 leaders kicked off their Sunday morning with a fast-paced Build-A-Bike®. Teams built 10 bikes for The Magic of Christmas, an organization that supports more than 400 families each year. The event created instant energy and set the tone for the three-day leadership meeting.

That same weekend, regional consultants in Philadelphia gathered for a sales meeting and added a meaningful give-back component. In Salt Lake City, leaders closed their Sales Leadership Conference by building bikes for the YMCA of Northern Utah. Each event followed the same core structure, yet every city brought its own personality and competitive edge.

From Snowstorms to Massive Crowds, Norwex Builds Momentum in Every City

In Toronto, a massive snowstorm forced the group to adjust their schedule. The team moved the event to the night before to avoid travel disruptions. Despite the weather, the bilingual group built 12 bikes for Starlight Children’s Foundation of Canada. The room filled with friendly rivalry, especially during the cheer contest. Even delayed charity pickup did not dampen the team’s enthusiasm.

Nashville hosted the largest of the six events. Only consultants who achieved a certain status qualified to attend. The group wanted to end their conference on a high note, and they did exactly that. The room buzzed with competition, collaboration, and pride as teams raced to complete their bikes.

The tour concluded in Dallas, where 70 leaders wrapped up the nationwide initiative. The final Build-A-Bike® closed the conference series with unmistakable energy. Across all six cities, Norwex leaders combined purpose with performance. They strengthened communication, reinforced culture, and delivered a measurable impact in every host community.

We sincerely thank Norwex for integrating Build-A-Bike® into their multi-city leadership conferences. We also appreciate each local charity partner for their dedication to children and families throughout the year.
