Omnicell hosted a lively Build-A-Bike® charity team building event in Seattle, WA on August 7th, 2025. The activity took place during their leadership development conference. Twenty-five participants formed five predetermined teams called circles. With the theme of “One Team Mindset,” the circles came together to assemble five brand-new bikes. Their collective efforts supported Mary’s Place, a nonprofit dedicated to helping families in need and preventing homelessness.

Omnicell Leaders Unite for Build-A-Bike® Team Building Charity Event in Seattle, Washington
The Build-A-Bike® event gave Omnicell leaders the chance to put their teamwork into action. Though divided into five circles, the groups joined forces under the “One Team Mindset.” Energy filled the room as each circle tackled the challenge of assembling a bike. The activity encouraged collaboration, creativity, and communication, with every participant contributing to the final success.
The completed bikes were donated to Mary’s Place, a Seattle nonprofit that supports families facing homelessness. Grant, the charity’s representative, spoke with the group and shared the impact of their gift. With determination, he even made two trips to transport the bicycles safely. His presence highlighted how these donations directly serve families in need. The event reflected Omnicell’s dedication to community service and strengthened bonds among their leaders.
