Sixty employees gathered for an all-attorney meeting that combined teamwork, recognition, and community impact. The event gave the firm’s entire staff an opportunity to spend time together while supporting local youth. Through collaboration and friendly competition, participants assembled teddy bears that would later be donated to children served by the Variety Boys & Girls Club.

The event brought the firm’s entire staff together in one room, creating a rare opportunity for attorneys and team members to connect outside of their daily responsibilities. Participants worked in teams to complete challenges and earn the materials needed to build teddy bears. Along the way, they strengthened communication, encouraged one another, and shared plenty of laughs.
The Rescue Bear® fit perfectly with the firm’s people-focused culture. Team members collaborated closely and demonstrated the same dedication and support they bring to their clients every day. The event encouraged participants to build new relationships while working toward a meaningful shared goal.
Following the activity, the firm recognized several employees with awards. The celebration highlighted individual achievements while reinforcing the sense of community that had developed throughout the event. The recognition ceremony added a special touch and gave the gathering an even greater sense of purpose.
One of the most memorable moments came when Barry Jones from the Variety Boys & Girls Club addressed the group. He shared how the donated bears would positively impact local children and families.
