Saber Healthcare Group hosted a Toys 4 Tails charity team building event in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The company welcomed 350 participants for its seventh annual meeting, which focused heavily on teamwork and connection. Since many employees share a love for animals, the Toys 4 Tails event became a perfect fit for the group. Throughout the activity, participants competed in lively challenges while earning pet toys and supplies for local rescue organizations.
Saber Healthcare supports skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities across several states, including Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Indiana, Delaware, and North Carolina. Since starting with two facilities in the Cleveland area in 2001, the organization has expanded to support more than one hundred locations. The affiliated centers provide skilled nursing, rehabilitation care, assisted living, memory care, and long-term care services. Saber Healthcare Group also continues to invest in innovative healthcare technology and research to improve patient care and quality of life.
Saber Healthcare Group employees bond during Toys 4 Tails event in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
The Toys 4 Tails event brought nonstop energy to Saber Healthcare Group’s annual meeting. Teams jumped into the challenges immediately and fully embraced the competitive atmosphere. Employees from across the company worked together to earn pet supplies that would later benefit local animal rescue groups. The event theme centered on team building, and the participants stayed engaged from start to finish while sharing plenty of laughs along the way.
The excitement reached another level when Grand Strand Humane Society and Kind Keepers Pet Rescue arrived with several adoptable dogs. Each charity brought five or six dogs to the event, and the room instantly filled with excitement as participants played with the animals between activities. The biggest surprise came when four dogs found forever homes before the event even ended. One participant named Chuck picked up a puppy and never let go. He immediately called his wife to announce the adoption and even named the puppy Buckeye before completing the paperwork. That memorable moment gave everyone a heartwarming reminder of the impact the event created for both the employees and the rescue dogs.
