U.S. Anesthesia Partners Rescue Bear® Event in Dallas, TX

The Development Leadership Council at U.S. Anesthesia Partners gathered in Dallas for a Rescue Bear® team building event. The group spanned managers through the CFO, representing finance and accounting teams across 13 states. As part of the USAP Cares initiative, the afternoon focused on networking, collaboration, and giving back. The bears were donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Dallas for their hospitality carts in local hospitals.

U.S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is one of the nation’s largest physician-led anesthesia care organizations. The company supports hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory surgery centers across multiple states. USAP partners with clinicians to deliver anesthesia services for surgical, obstetric, and procedural care.

USAP Development Leadership Council Gives Back Through Rescue Bear® Team Building Event in Dallas

The group that arrived came from different states, different roles, and different parts of the finance and accounting function. Some had worked closely together. Others had mostly crossed paths on calls. The format gave them something real to build together, removed from everything that normally filled their days.

Teams moved through the challenges with plenty of energy. The games that kicked off the event set the tone: nobody was there to stay quiet and check their phone. When it came time to stuff and dress the bears, the group slowed down. They took their time. They gave each bear a lot of love.

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Dallas would place the bears on hospitality carts at two local hospitals. For kids who were there because they had no other choice, finding a bear like that matters. For a leadership group working in healthcare, that connection landed clearly. The donation made practical sense in a way that went beyond the usual charity checkbox.

We’d like to thank USAP for creating room in their leadership meeting for an experience like this. The USAP Cares initiative is doing real work, and this group showed what it looks like in practice.

Looking for a team event that pairs meaningful giving with strong group engagement? A team building event in Dallas is a strong option for any leadership group that wants more than an afternoon off.
