Wells Fargo New Hires Build 100 Bikes for Trips for Kids Charlotte at The Westin Charlotte

Coordinating 600 people and 100 bike builds in a single ballroom in 90 minutes is no small task. The Wells Fargo team, however, executed it with remarkable energy. From the moment the activity launched, the room was loud, focused, and moving. Teams worked through problem-solving challenges to earn their bike parts. The competitive spirit kept everyone engaged from start to finish.

For many in the room, this was one of their first major shared experiences as Wells Fargo employees. The scale of the event made the message clear. This is a company that invests in its people and puts community at the center of how it welcomes new talent.

All 100 bikes went to Trips for Kids Charlotte. The organization creates access to cycling and outdoor adventure for youth who might not otherwise have that opportunity. 100 bikes is a meaningful contribution. For Trips for Kids, it directly expands what they offer the young people they serve.

We’d like to thank Wells Fargo for investing in this experience for their new hires. As well as Trips for Kids Charlotte for the important work they do to get more kids on bikes and outdoors.
