The event brought together employees from every part of the organization. Rather than dividing into departments, the entire Inn-Flow team worked side by side throughout the activity. Teams navigated challenges, communicated under pressure, and collaborated to earn the supplies needed for their final donation.

The aMAZEing Builders program encouraged participants to think creatively while relying on one another’s strengths. Team members quickly discovered that success required communication, trust, and teamwork. Laughter filled the room as teams worked through obstacles and raced to complete their objectives.

The event concluded with a memorable surprise. Mya McMillian, Executive Director and Founder of Purpose Learning Lab, attended on short notice to personally accept the donation. Her presence added an extra layer of meaning to the experience. She shared how Purpose Learning Lab serves children and youth in historically marginalized and underserved communities throughout the region.

Her remarks helped participants see the direct impact of their efforts.
