LifeStance Health hosted a Hopeful Horizons® and Rescue Bear® combo charity team building activity in Dallas, TX during their Leadership Summit. Two hundred twenty-five leaders gathered on February 3, 2026 for this high-energy activity. The event served as the second team building program during the summit. Organizers created a unique experience by blending two charity activities into one large-scale event. The creative format gave participants a memorable way to collaborate while supporting local students.

LifeStance Health Leaders Unite for Hopeful Horizons® and Rescue Bear® Combo Charity Team Building Activity in Dallas, Texas
The LifeStance Health team experienced a creative twist on charity team building during their Leadership Summit. Facilitators divided the ballroom into two sides to run two activities at the same time. One side of the room completed challenges inspired by the Hopeful Horizons® program. Teams solved clues and puzzles to earn items for duffel bags filled with essentials for teens. Participants gathered pillows, deodorant, snacks, and school supplies as they progressed through each challenge. The other side of the room worked through riddles to collect teddy bear parts. Each table assembled their bear with stuffing, outfits, and accessories.
The split format created an energetic atmosphere across the entire room. Teams collaborated closely while moving quickly through the challenges. At the conclusion of the activity, the completed duffel bags and assembled bears supported students in the Arlington community. The donation went to Arlington ISD, which partnered with the group for the event. Their representatives proved wonderful to work with and helped make the experience meaningful for everyone involved. The LifeStance Health leaders left the room proud of what they accomplished together.
