The Build-A-Bike event gave employees a chance to step away from the lab and connect on a personal level with each other. Teams worked together to assemble bikes, strengthening communication and celebrating teamwork outside of their usual high-pressure environment. The blend of laughter, collaboration, and lighthearted competition created a memorable outing that everyone enjoyed.
The highlight came when the Boys & Girls Club of Metro North arrived with children to receive the bicycles. Kids’ smiles filled the space, and the charity representative shared a heartfelt message about the impact of the donation.
