Greene and Associates, Inc. recently held a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event in Selma, TX. This event brought together 70 of their professionals for an engaging and meaningful gathering. Overall, the focus was on team building and community contribution.

Greene, an ICF Master Certified Coach with an M.S. Degree in Counseling, the company excels in executive coaching, career transitioning, corporate mentoring, and leadership development. Their client-centered focus and customization of services have established them as leaders in their field, recognized by memberships in both the Greater and North San Antonio Chambers of Commerce, as well as the Texas Diversity Council.

The event was part of a weekend-long training session. It was dedicated to reviewing company policies, discussing leadership, and exchanging best practices. The presence of the company’s former owner added a special gratitude element to the day, emphasizing the positive impact of these gatherings. The Build-A-Bike® activity not only fostered a deeper connection among team members, however. It also aligned perfectly with the company’s ethos of collaboration and success.
During this all-day event, participants split into small teams to assemble bicycles. This exercise was designed to enhance teamwork and problem-solving skills within a fun and competitive setting. The completed bicycles were then donated to SJRC Texas, a local charity committed to offering safe havens and educational opportunities to children who have been affected by trauma.
