The Build-A-Bike® event at Emeline was a vibrant component of IEWC’s leadership conference. It brought together 30 of the company’s top talents, blending familiar colleagues with fresh faces. Additionally, the event was designed to strengthen the bonds among IEWC’s diverse team. The came from various parts of the U.S. and even from overseas just to attend. The interactive nature of the event fostered a dynamic environment, encouraging employees to engage in light-hearted competition and teamwork, all while getting to know each other better in a relaxed setting.
The teams filled the air with laughter and good-natured ribbing as they assembled bicycles. This activity was more than just a team-building exercise; it was a chance to contribute to a meaningful cause. The bicycles, upon completion, were donated to Wings for Kids, a charity dedicated to empowering children. This collaboration with Wings for Kids not only provided a fulfilling end to the event but also underscored IEWC’s commitment to giving back to the community, enhancing the sense of unity and purpose among the participants.
