Mecklenburg County’s OSI Division Embraces Rescue Bear® Event in Charlotte, North Carolina
The Rescue Bear® event was an engaging and meaningful experience for the OSI Division of Mecklenburg County’s CFAS Department. It provided an excellent platform for team building and recognizing the unique strengths of each team member. This aligned perfectly with the department’s focus on innovation, integration, and motivation. Participants engaged in creating teddy bears for children in the foster care system, which not only served as a fun activity but also resonated with the department’s mission of supporting vulnerable children and families.
The appearance of the Mecklenburg County Mascot added a fun and memorable element to the event, enhancing the overall experience for everyone involved. The team’s enthusiasm and commitment to the activity were evident, reflecting their dedication to community service and collaborative spirit.
