The Build-A-Bike® event at Akima’s Herndon location underscored the company’s deep-rooted belief in the power of community engagement and the importance of building a cohesive team. Despite the small group size, the impact of the event was significant, providing a unique opportunity for team members to connect on a personal level, many for the first time.
