Hallstar recently hosted a Build-A-Bike® team building event at La Playa Beach Resort in Naples, Florida. This event, engaging 24 participants, was not only about building bikes. The event began with the Camaraderie Quest, a dynamic scavenger hunt that had teams navigating Old Naples, capturing photos and videos. This part of the event allowed participants to explore their creativity and teamwork skills amidst the festive holiday decorations of the city. The quest set a tone of excitement and collaboration, preparing the teams for the main event.
The Build-A-Bike® activity was the centerpiece of the team building event. The instructor divided the participants into smaller groups and tasked them with assembling bicycles. This exercise was designed not just to challenge the teams but to encourage them to work together, leveraging each member’s strengths.
