The Build-A-Bike® event was an exciting opportunity for Henkel’s team. It allowed them to strengthen interpersonal relationships and foster teamwork in a lively and engaging environment. Bringing together 100 participants, the event aimed to reconnect colleagues. Additionally, injecting a fresh spirit of camaraderie and cooperation into their interactions. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Marriott Phoenix Resort, the event not only served as a functional meeting for strategic planning but also as a lively reunion for team members.
Participants displayed outstanding enthusiasm and teamwork, assembling bicycles in record time—a testament to their collaborative skills and positive attitudes. A dynamic atmosphere characterized the event. One where fun and engagement were paramount, highlighting the team’s adaptability and eagerness to work together towards common goals.
The group donated the finished bicycles to The Foster Alliance, a charity dedicated to supporting children in foster care. This gesture was aligned with Henkel’s commitment to social responsibility and its purpose of enriching and improving lives through meaningful initiatives.
